Who am I?
A curious engineer, passionate about infrastructure, mobility, innovation, and the impact they can have on people’s lives. I don’t have tattoos, but I would choose these sentences to define me: “Commitment to excellence,” “Innovation with purpose,” and “Lead with humility.”
What’s my story?
I hold a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Coimbra, a postgraduate in Business Management – Construction Industry from Porto Business School, and a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School. I started my career in construction and project management, and joined Globalvia in 2015. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead various teams and projects in Portugal and Spain, gradually shifting towards a more strategic and innovation-driven role. Since 2023, I’ve been Globalvia’s Chief Operating Officer, and in 2025 I also took on the interim leadership of our IT and Innovation area—an exciting challenge with great transformative potential.
What do I do at Globalvia?
I make sure technical excellence and innovation go hand in hand across our infrastructure projects. As Chief Operating Officer —and now also leading IT and Innovation—I drive digital transformation and the integration of new technologies in our operations. Because not everything deserves to scale—we focus on what truly Works
