Please review the following key information regarding the discontinuation of this service:
Service termination: the Slora app will remain fully operational under its current terms and conditions until May 26, 2026. After this date, the application will no longer be valid for toll payments on authorized motorways.
Account processing: any charges and payments pending at the time of disconnection will be processed automatically. We advise users to review their accounts and ensure there are no outstanding payments prior to the closure date.
Alternative payment methods: to avoid any travel interruptions or potential fines on authorized motorways, we strongly recommend registering with a market alternative for electronic toll management, such as E-ZPass, before the date of the service termination.
Extended customer support: our customer service team will remain available for 60 additional days following the closure, until July 25, 2026. During this period, users may contact us to address any pending issues, clarify toll charges or request refunds. Please note that approved refunds may take up to one month to process.
