The company Openvia Mobility, S.L. (hereinafter, "Openvia") is responsible for the treatment of the personal data provided by the user in the Web Page. Openvia Mobility, S.L. 6.2.2 Purpose and basis for legitimisation of the data processed.

Openvia, through the different forms available on the website, collects and processes personal data for the purposes indicated below:

1. The management of CVs received through the Website, on the basis of the consent given by means of the CV submission.

2. The handling of the enquiry, request for information or complaint on the basis of the consent given on the occasion of the referral of the enquiry, request for information or complaint.

The user may revoke the consent given at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of the same, however, this will imply the impossibility of processing the request.

6.2.3 Communication of data.

The personal data processed by Openvia to achieve the purposes detailed above may be communicated to other companies of the Globalvia Group.

6.2.4 Data retention period.

Personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to deal with queries, complaints and requests for information, as well as for as long as the interested party does not withdraw their consent or object to a specific treatment. In the case of CVs, they will be kept for a period of 1 year and after this period, if the user wishes to continue participating in the selection processes, he/she must send his/her data again to Openvia.

Subsequently, the data will be kept, duly blocked, only insofar as they are necessary for the fulfilment of responsibilities arising from the processing and during the period of limitation or, where appropriate, to comply with legal obligations to which Openvia is subject.

6.2.5. User rights.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, portability and limitation to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending a written request to Openvia, located at Paseo de la Castellana 259C, 28046, Madrid, or by sending an e-mail to dataprotection-ov@openvia.io, indicating in both cases "Data Protection Policy" and attaching a copy of a valid identification document.

We also inform you that you have the right to seek the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its website www.aepd.es.

6.3. Policy update.

This Privacy Policy may be modified by Openvia, in which case it will be communicated to the user through the Website or by other means so that the user may be aware of it and thus continue to use our services.
